1. The service

breathmoon (breathmoon.com) is a free library of guided meditations, breathing exercises and relaxation audio operated by Natovi OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Using the website requires no account and no payment.

2. Not medical advice

Our meditations are for relaxation and general wellbeing only. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment and do not replace the advice of a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, have a history of breathing problems, epilepsy, trauma or mental-health difficulties, please talk to a professional before doing breathing exercises or deep relaxation. Stop any exercise if you feel dizzy or unwell and return to normal breathing.

Never listen while driving, operating machinery or in any situation that requires your full attention.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country immediately.

3. Age

breathmoon is intended for people aged 16 and over.

4. How our content is made

Scripts are written with the help of AI and reviewed by our editor. Voices are licensed voices of real voice actors, generated with AI (ElevenLabs). Music and nature sounds are licensed from Uppbeat.

5. Personal use and rights

You may listen to all meditations free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use. All texts, recordings, designs and the breathmoon name and logo are protected. You may not download for redistribution, re-upload, sell, or use our audio or texts in your own products, videos or apps without our written permission. Sharing a link to a page is always welcome.

6. Availability and liability

We provide breathmoon free of charge and without guarantee of permanent availability; we may change or remove content at any time. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise our liability for this free service is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

8. Law

Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also apply.
