Background
A grounded morning abundance meditation. Instead of wishing for more, you notice what's already here, picture a day of security and meaningful work, and choose one step that moves you towards it.

Good morning. Before the day starts, let's take ten minutes for you.
Sit comfortably, with your feet on the floor and your hands resting.
Let your eyes close.
Take a slow breath in…
and let it go. Again. In… and out.
Feel the ground beneath you. Solid and steady.
Let's begin with what's already here.
Notice that you have a breath. A body that woke up this morning. A new day to use.
Think of three things you have right now that you're glad of. A warm bed. A person you love. A skill you've worked hard for.
Let each one feel real. Let yourself feel rich in them, just for a moment.
Abundance doesn't only begin when something new arrives. It begins with noticing.
Now let a wish come forward for your life. Something about security, or your work, or the freedom to choose.
You don't need to name a number. Just feel what you're hoping for.
Now imagine an ordinary day, some time from now, when that wish has become part of your life.
You wake up, and there's no tightness in your chest about money or time.
You know the bills are taken care of. You have enough, and a little to spare.
You spend part of the day doing work that feels meaningful. Work you're good at.
Maybe you buy something for someone you love, just because you can.
Notice how your body feels in that scene. Relaxed. Generous. Steady.
Let that feeling stay with you as the scene fades.
Now ask: what would that person do today?
Maybe they'd follow up on an opportunity. Ask for what their work is worth. Learn one new thing. Or take care of one small financial task they've been avoiding.
Choose one step for today. Something you can actually do.
Let's set a few intentions. Repeat them silently.
I notice the opportunities around me.
I welcome security and ease into my life.
I value my work, and I let others value it too.
I share what I have, and there is enough.
I take one step today towards the life I want.
Take a deep breath in…
and let it out with a smile, if one comes.
When you're ready, open your eyes. Your day has already begun with enough.
